What happens after you send it
We read it the same day
Ordering hours are 8am to 6pm, seven days a week. Anything that lands outside those hours gets answered the next morning.
You get the current line sheet
What is actually on the floor that week, with pricing, in English, Farsi, Arabic or Turkish.
You order when it suits you
Weekly standing order or order-as-you-go. Most accounts end up ordering by WhatsApp once they are set up.

Can I order by WhatsApp instead of the form?
Yes. Most standing accounts order by WhatsApp at (604) 339-6499. The form is for buyers who have not opened an account yet and want the current price list.
What languages do you do business in?
English, Farsi, Arabic and Turkish. Quotes and invoices come in the language you prefer.
Do you sell to individual customers?
No. Wholesale accounts only: grocers, restaurants, food service and distributors buying to resell or serve, with a $300 to $500 minimum depending on your shipping area.
