Specialty Produce for Asian Grocers, Sold Wholesale
Shaly Foods Inc. is best known as a Middle Eastern and Persian specialty produce importer. The Asian-market line is newer and shorter: pink and white guava, plus crossover fruit like Hami melons that already move on both kinds of shelves. Rather than promise a catalog that isn't built yet, the honest version: tell us what you're actually looking for, and it's what gets sourced next. Ask for something we don't carry yet: it's how this list grows. Based in BC. Wholesale accounts only.

$300–$500 minimum, depending on area
The Asian-market line alone is thin right now, so hitting the minimum usually means mixing in from the wider Middle Eastern and Persian range on the same account.
What Asian-market produce do you currently carry?
Right now: pink and white guava, plus crossover fruit like Hami melons. The range is growing. Request the current price list to see what's landing, or tell us what you're looking for and it shapes what gets sourced next.
Which crossover lines already move on both shelves?
More than the guava. Papaya and cherimoya come in from Egypt and Brazil, Indian pink and white guava, and okra. Green and red hot peppers, Italian and black eggplant, tomatillo and chili pasilla out of Mexico, Hami melons, donut peaches and Moon Drop grapes. None of that was sourced for an Asian shelf originally, which is exactly why it is worth asking what else you would buy if it were on the sheet.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes: $300 to $500, depending on your shipping area. Shaly Foods sells by the case and the pallet, and the Asian-market SKUs can be mixed with the wider produce and grocery range on the same account to reach it.
Where does Shaly Foods ship?
Metro Vancouver on Shaly Foods' own trucks; BC Interior and Vancouver Island on scheduled routes; Alberta and the Prairies on refrigerated LTL and full pallets; Ontario and east for standing volume accounts.
How do I get current pricing?
Pricing isn't published, since the line sheet changes weekly with the season and shipping schedule. Request the current price list through the contact form and Shaly Foods will send what's actually landing, with pricing, usually the same business day.
