Shamshiri Persian tea
Cardamom, Persian black and Earl Grey. Loose leaf in metal tins and bulk bags, plus teabags for cafes and restaurants.
Alongside its fresh produce lines, Shaly Foods Inc. supplies the Persian grocery aisle for Canadian retailers. Three standing lines, all sold by the case from the Vancouver warehouse and shipped across British Columbia, Alberta and the rest of Canada. Trade accounts only.
Each line has its own page, with the blends, brands and flavours set out in full. They all sit on one account, so a case from each travels on the same delivery.

Two brands. Two price points on the shelf without splitting a facing across half a dozen labels.
Biscuits and Hibye filled cookies, HIT wafers, cakes, buttered toffee eclairs, Aramis pashmak and shekarpareh saffron shortbread.
Salted, lemon and saffron, sold by the pound. The bulk-bin item on this side of the account, ordered with the rest of the line.
Grocery and produce run on one account, one delivery and one invoice. A store restocking tea and biscuits puts fresh product on the same order, and the case minimum is counted across all of it rather than per line. Availability and pricing move with the shipping schedule, so the line sheet is quoted rather than published.
Three standing lines plus pumpkin seeds: Shamshiri tea in cardamom, Persian black and Earl Grey; Mahmood and Rizq Basmati rice; and the Shirin Asal range of biscuits, HIT wafers, cakes, buttered toffee eclairs, Aramis pashmak and shekarpareh.
Yes: $300 to $500, depending on your shipping area. Everything is sold by the case, and the minimum is counted across the whole account, so tea, rice, confectionery and fresh produce all count toward the same order.
No. Wholesale accounts only: grocers, specialty markets, restaurants and distributors buying to resell or serve. Shaly Foods does not sell single cases to individual shoppers.
Pricing is not published here, because the line sheet moves with stock and the shipping schedule. Ask for the current price list through the contact form and Shaly Foods sends it back, usually the same business day.
