Most wholesale suppliers will not show you the catalogue until you are already an account. This is Shaly Foods' standing line in full: 74 items across 8 sourcing countries, each with the country it comes from and its name in Arabic, Farsi and Turkish. No prices, because those move weekly. Everything else is here.
How to read this before you order
The origin column is a supply line, not a label
Each country here is a direct grower or packhouse relationship. It tells you how the item gets to Vancouver, and it is the reason two lines of the same crop (Egyptian and Indian guava, Egyptian and Brazilian cherimoya) sit on the list separately rather than merged into one row.
The standing line is wider than any single week
This page is what Shaly Foods sources. The price list is what is landing now. Short-window crops, fresh green olives and fresh walnuts especially, are on the line for a few weeks a year and have to be ordered ahead of the window, not reordered after shelves thin out.
Four languages because the order has to survive the handoff
The buyer, the shelf tag and the invoice are frequently in three different languages. Naming each item in Arabic, Farsi and Turkish alongside English removes the most common cause of a wrong case arriving.

Questions buyers ask about this list
Why does this line sheet not show prices?
Because a published price would be wrong within the week. Produce pricing moves with the harvest, the shipping calendar and the exchange rate, so Shaly Foods quotes the current landed price per case when you ask rather than posting a rate card that has to be padded to stay accurate. The catalogue below is stable; the pricing on it is not.
Can I order a single case, or do I have to take a pallet?
Single cases, mixed. There is no fixed case count per line and no single-SKU minimum. Orders are built as mixed pallets across produce and packaged goods on one account and one invoice, against a $300 to $500 order minimum depending on your delivery area.
Is everything on this page available right now?
No, and no honest produce supplier can claim otherwise. This is the standing line: the items Shaly Foods sources and can quote. What is physically landing in a given week is a subset of it, which is what the current price list tells you. Short-window crops (BC berries, fresh green olives, fresh walnuts) exist for a few weeks a year.
Why are the Arabic, Farsi and Turkish names listed?
Because the buyer and the shelf tag are often not in English. A grocer ordering بامية, a supplier invoicing bamya and a shelf labelled بامیه are the same okra, and orders go wrong when the two sides are naming it differently. The four-language column exists so the item is unambiguous before anything ships.
Can Shaly Foods source something not listed here?
Often yes. The standing line is what moves regularly, not the limit of what the supplier relationships in Egypt, Turkey, Peru, Jordan, Mexico, India, Brazil and the United States can reach. Send the item and the volume, and Shaly Foods will say plainly whether it can be sourced and on what timing.
How current is this list?
Last reviewed 2026-09-07. It is maintained against the same internal catalogue the price list is generated from, so items are added and retired here as the standing line changes.
